A legally binding contract between you and SKYPRO is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.

 

  1. 4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website include or exclude (ex: customs fees) applicable taxes, as indicated on checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and for Portuguese customers: Multibanco. The total amount is charged upon order confirmation. In cases where a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing the order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption protocols.

 

  1. 5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days to the rest of the world. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and service selected and are available on the checkout. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders remain the responsibility of the recipient. SKYPRO is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance procedures, or external carrier issues. In cases where a package is not received, customers must contact SKYPRO within the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation.

 

  1. 6. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per consumer protection laws. To request a return, customers must contact SKYPRO via email and follow the return instructions provided. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within up to 15 days upon receipt and verification of returned goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a defective or incorrect product. SKYPRO reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not comply with these conditions. SKYPRO is not liable for returns delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance procedures, or external carrier issues.

 

  1. 7. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

SKYPRO guarantees that all products meet high-quality standards and conform to their descriptions. Products that arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults are eligible for replacement or refund upon verification. Customers must report any issues to SKYPRO within 3 days of the package delivery.

SKYPRO offers a 2-year warranty for all shoes that might have manufacturing defects. Shoes that are defective due to normal wear and tear will not be covered nor considered faulty.

Our liability in connection with any purchased product is strictly limited to its purchase price. SKYPRO shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business disruption, or reputational harm resulting from the use of our products or Website. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use and maintenance of purchased products.
